The Future

I've seen the future
whilst looking on a mirror
through my very own eyes

The friends I now may have
they'll be lost in time's spree
for in solitude, I'll always find happiness.

Might that solitude be
in the arms of a woman
or through a stimulating working experience
or even while drowning in a whiskey jar and drugs
in solitude I will always feel happy and free
